Bow has been a CEO, start-up co-founder in Silicon Valley and successfully managed his last venture through a major funding round with a respected venture capital firm. He has managed enterprise level companies such as Sprint Telecommunications where he was a Group President as well as early stage companies such as PowerTV, (a Scientific-Atlanta/Cisco company) where he was Vice-President and General Manager.
A former collegiate tennis player, Rodgers earned his MBA and BA at Santa Clara University.
Ray Bilsey
Co-founder and Vice President of Business Development
Ray is a certified USPTA Tennis Professional with over 25 years of tennis tournament and teaching experience. He was a nationally ranked junior and collegiate tennis player. Ray is the Tennis Director and Head Tennis Professional at Ladera Oaks Swim and Tennis Club in Portola Valley.
Ray received his BA from California State University in Hayward
Maurice LeBlanc
Vice President of Engineering and R&D
Maurice is a master’s level mechanical engineer from Stanford University. He served for three years as staff specialist with the UCLA Prosthetics-Orthotics Program, five years as staff engineer with the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Prosthetics R&D and 22 years as director of research with the Lucile Packard Children’s Hostpital at the Stanford-Rehabilitation Engineering Center.
Maurice LeBlanc is the recipient of the Titus-Fergus Award, presented by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. The Titus-Fergus Award is a life time achievement award in recognition of Maurice LeBlanc’s significant personal contributions and engineering design innovations in the field of Prosthetics.
Bobby Fenton
Manager, Product Development
Bobby is a certified USPTA professional and has taught tennis for over 20 years. He is the Head Assistant Tennis Professional at Ladera Oaks Swim and Tennis Club. Bobby was the #1 Ranked junior college player in California while attending Foothill College and was a nationally ranked player while competing for California State University in Hayward.
Roy Hills
Manager, Operations
Roy’s previous sports business experience includes working as an account executive with the Sacramento River Cats, the AAA affiliate of the Oakland A’s Baseball team and in the marketing department of the NBA’s Washington Wizards. Roy was a top 50 ranked junior player and Assistant Tennis Coach at Ladera Oaks Swim and Tennis Club.
Roy received a BS from U.C. Davis in Managerial Economics
Po-Jen Cheng
Product Design Consultant
Po-Jen was the Chief of Technology for Wilson Racket Sports where he oversaw tennis racket frame design which resulted in the sale of over 4 million rackets worldwide.
